The StoryBehind Our Coffee
My love affair with great coffee began with the aroma. As a child it was my favorite scent, but in my early adulthood, the taste never captured my attention. I found it bitter and acidic, and didn't match the smell.
In going after my list of 101 Dreams I began to travel the world. Before long days of exploration, and even later nights of dancing, I realized I needed the pick me up coffee could bring. In a small coffee shop in Italy, I had my first great cup. The taste was rich, deep, and enlivened my taste buds just as the aroma had as a child. Each morning, while I lived in Italy, I'd get up early, get a cup of coffee and sit on the Arno river with my hands curled around the warm mug.
Coffee began to be the helper that fueled my dreams, but when I returned to the states, I couldn't find the taste that I enjoyed.That's why I created E2T Coffee. A taste so much like the one I had in Florence, it reminds me each day to go out and enjoy this beautiful world to the maximum.
